All renovation works are covered by a workmanship warranty of three (3) to six (6) months, depending on project scope.
The warranty covers defects arising from workmanship only and excludes damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, environmental factors, or third-party alterations.
Warranty validity and claim procedures will be communicated upon project handover.

7. Limitation of Liability

JA Space Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use this website.
